Dividing Israel

Joel 3 does tell us God's opinion concerning the dividing of His land, and it is not favorable.

“For behold, in those days and at that time, when I restore the fortunes of Judah and Jerusalem, 2 I will gather all the nations and bring them down to the Valley of Jehoshaphat. And I will enter into judgment with them there, on behalf of my people and my heritage Israel, because they have scattered them among the nations and have divided up my land

The passage though says He will sort that out at Armageddon. That is future. Could God judge the USA? He does as He pleases. He has not yet for the mass murder of babies. The day for earth-dwellers will come. The Bride of Christ will be gone. 1 Thessalonians says we are not appointed to Wrath. It is not qualified as God, Satan's... anyone's. Period. We are persecuted, sure. But that is not Wrath. They will know wrath when it comes and they won't like it. In Revelation 6 at the beginning of the tribulation week of years, the world's leaders will hide in caves (D.U.M.B.'s). Revelation 6 says they will recognize this very beginning as the Wrath of the Lamb, and they will cry out for rocks to fall on them.

If this Deal Of The Century plan is signed off on by both sides, then we do know what God thinks of dividing His land. It is not favorable. This cannot be the prophecy from Daniel 9. For one, the Antichrist will enforce an agreement. So, when the Antichrist finally comes onto the scene, he could ratify this deal as a seven-year peace plan, but as we know, at that time it will come with strings to build a temple. This is not that. This does not mean we are any further, or closer, to the Rapture. God is sovereign and it will fall into place right when it is supposed to.

Is this a puzzle piece? In a manner of speaking, each day brings us more puzzle pieces as we step closer and closer. The stage hands are indeed setting the stage. Libya, frankly, is a much larger puzzle piece as Put; a Gog and Magog ally. But, in my opinion, even the Ezekiel 38 war itself will be after the rapture. How do I know? Well, something not noticed in any commentaries I have ever read, look beginning v. 17 and following and we see God's Wrath. The church, the Bride, is here to see God's judgment regularly. Indeed we Christians may individually be disciplined, but not Wrath. v. 20 speaks to God's Wrath affecting the entire Earth. 1 Thessalonians 5 tells us we are not appointed to wrath.

9 For God has not destined us for wrath, but to obtain salvation through our Lord Jesus Christ, 10 who died for us so that whether we are awake or asleep we might live with him. 11 Therefore encourage one another and build one another up, just as you are doing.

Therefore, we watch for the Bridegroom. Not really the Gog Magog war, and not the Antichrist. MAYBE Is. 17:1's Damascus prophecy, but that may even coincide with Ezekiel 38. Live holy and watch for Christ. Look up for your redemption draws near.
